Molly Soper
Senior Advisor
Born and raised in Dallas, with a marketing degree from the University of Texas at Austin, Molly Soper is a Texan through and through. Her strong Texas roots didn’t stop her from leaving after graduation for Washington, D.C. to serve in various capacities during the administration of President George W. Bush.
During the five years Molly spent in Washington D.C., she worked on the 2004 Bush-Cheney Campaign, the 55th Presidential Inaugural Committee, in the West Wing as part of the White House Scheduling Office, and in the Office of the Vice President as Personal Aide to Mrs. Lynne Cheney. When the Bush-Cheney administration came to an end, Molly returned to Dallas to serve as Personal Aide to Mrs. Laura Bush before transitioning to the George W. Bush Presidential Center as a member of the esteemed Events Team. She has been an Event Consultant with Brigade since 2019.
With over 15 years of experience, Molly has countless events in her portfolio. These include major political donor events, international trips to Iraq, Jerusalem, Saudi Arabia, and Europe with Vice President and Mrs. Cheney, book tours for Mrs. Cheney and Mrs. Bush, and the Dedication of the George W. Bush Presidential Center. She counts one of her favorite projects as working on the Presidential Inaugural Committee, where she met her husband!
Molly strongly believes that details make or break an event. She has a passion for design, décor, food, and wine and is one of Brigade’s catering and event design experts.
While she loved her time in our Nation’s capital, followed by a few years in Texas’s capital city of Austin, Molly is happy to be back home in Dallas with her husband, Steven, and their three children, Mary, Sally, and James, and Golden Retriever, Wrigley.
