WHO WE ARE

Brigade Events is a women-owned-and-operated event strategy and management company. Our mission is to provide unparalleled service to our clients from start to finish. We function as an extension of our client’s internal team and pour ourselves into handling every detail of the planning process including: strategy, research, program content, speaker management, logistics, event design, production management, and event execution. 

The precise detail we devote to our planning carries through to the flawless execution of an event. The incredibly hard-working women at Brigade find joy in the details, thrive on adrenaline, and are committed to curating events with elegant precision.

OUR EXPERIENCE

Many of Brigade Event’s team members have been trained at the highest level serving under President and Mrs. George W. Bush for many years at the White House and as the in-house team at the George W. Bush Presidential Center. Brigade’s distinct background has trained them to plan high-pressure events with confidence and composure.

Brigade has planned and produced countless events from intimate gatherings for former Presidents and First Ladies to large conferences, corporate meetings, fundraisers, galas, sporting events, international trips, and marquee events attended by thousands. We offer our clients a team of experienced planners ready to bring their vision to life and manage the entire process along the way.

Supporting and Empowering Women

At Brigade, we fundamentally believe in supporting and empowering women. To that end, we offer flexible work options for our team members, many of whom are mothers, to ensure success and fulfillment at home and at work. In the high-pressure, demanding event industry, we have found that in order to be sustainable, balance and flexibility are crucial. We strive to practice daily the mantra of women empowering women. We thrive off of making connections with other women-owned businesses, celebrating other women’s successes, and bringing together women inside and out of our industry.

Maternity Leave

Our commitment to excellence in client event management is surpassed only by our commitment to supporting and uplifting women, and especially working moms. We believe that every mother should have the opportunity to balance a successful career with the joys and responsibilities of motherhood.

As an advocate for working moms, we go above and beyond industry standards by providing a 16-week maternity leave, ensuring that our team members have ample time to rest, recover, and bond with their newborns without financial stress or professional setbacks. In addition, we also provide working moms with a 50% transition month which allows time and space for employees to adjust to the transition of returning to work and allow working mothers the space to identify what additional support or needs they have upon returning to work full-time.

Through our unwavering dedication to working moms, we aim to set a new standard in our industry and beyond. We aspire to be an example of how businesses can thrive while valuing the personal lives and well-being of their employees.
