Meredith RYAN

Director, Events

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and a proud Texas A&M Aggie, Meredith Ryan began her career in legal and accounting recruiting for Haynes and Boone, LLC and Deloitte & Touche, LLP.

After gaining experience in events through recruiting, Meredith successfully transitioned her skill set in details and logistics into planning and executing events for the George W. Bush Presidential Center. While at the Bush Center, Meredith worked on several events but feels especially honored to have worked on the Forum on Leadership where she managed all speaker logistics and events for veterans including the Bush Center’s Warrior Open Golf Tournament and the W100K Bike Ride.

Meredith joined Brigade Events in 2019 and has helped develop many of the team’s internal processes all while managing multiple events. She is Brigade’s internal source for speaker logistics and enjoys creating the perfect staffing plan, thinking through event logistics line by line. As an event execution professional, Meredith gets a thrill from troubleshooting and seeing events come together. In 2023, Meredith began exercising her role as a partner, specializing in operations and helping grow the company by taking charge on hiring and refining internal processes to allow more productivity.

Meredith and her husband Ben love supporting the Texas A&M Aggies, spending time with their friends, family, and son, Tripp, and being outdoors.
