KENDALL HARELSON

HR Consultant

After graduating from The University of Texas at Austin, Kendall began her HR career at Texon, an oil and gas company in Houston. It was there she first learned the importance of offering unique benefits and fostering a culture that truly values every employee.

In 2014, Kendall married and moved to Dallas, where she spent the next ten years supporting the employees of the George W. Bush Presidential Center. Her work spanned policy development, employee mentorship, workforce organization, recruiting, and benefits administration—giving her a well-rounded foundation in people-first HR practices.

Today, Kendall focuses solely on freelance HR consulting for small businesses that share her values—particularly those committed to deeply supporting their employees and mothers. She’s also our resident Enneagram Enthusiast, teaching the team the ins and outs of this fascinating personality framework.

Most days, you can find Kendall with a cup of coffee in hand, cooking her way through the Defined Dish cookbooks, and spending time with her husband, Tommy, and their three wonderful children: Audrey, James, and Thomas.
