Originally from Dallas, Texas, Caroline stayed close to home to attend Baylor University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications. With a passion for bringing people together through unforgettable experiences, she got her start in events by assisting with weddings and nonprofit events before finding her place at Brigade Events.

Caroline first joined Brigade as a summer intern, spending two summers learning the ins and outs of event production. Her first event with the team was the Bush-Cheney Alumni Reunion, and she quickly proved herself as a dynamic and detail-oriented team player. From Las Vegas to New York, she has traveled with Brigade to help execute high-end events, always bringing her signature positive attitude and excitement for discovering new venues and cities.

Caroline thrives on the details—especially when it comes to linens and large-scale party setups. She loves creating experiences that leave a lasting impression and finds joy in the fast-paced, ever-changing world of event planning. Outside of work, you can find her outdoors, baking, reading, biking, skiing in the winter, and hiking in the summer. She also enjoys long walks with friends and exploring new places whenever she can.
